Villa Carmen is located in the prestigious residential area of Roche in Conil. The stunningly beautiful coast and beaches are just a few steps away. Roche is maybe the most elegant development in the whole area with high-class villas and impressive landscaped gardens. Surrounded by pine forests, it is ideally located between a succession of secluded coves towards the lighthouse of Conil, and the endless soft beaches of La Barrosa towards Chiclana.Roche is a very tranquil most of the time, but becomes very lively in high season since most of the properties are holiday rentals. In the large communal area there is a small but well stocked supermarket, pharmacy, playground and pizzeria. There is also a public fitness park, free basketball courts and football fields, as well as tennis and paddle tennis courts which can be rented for a reasonable fee. The excellent restaurant El Timón with direct access to the beach is situated on the cliffs of Roche.The nearest banks and larger supermarkets are in El Colorado (6 km). Conil is approximately 8 km away 10-15minutes by car.
