Apartment Vista Maravillosa is a new and modern apartment with a wonderful view over the Atlantic Ocean to Africa on one side and over Conil's roofs towards the lighthouse "Cabo de Roche" on the other side. There are two bedrooms (each with 2 single beds 90 x 200 cm), a comfortable living and dining room with balcony facing south (great sea view!), a very well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub/ shower and bidet. The living/dining room has air-conditioning, which can also be used for heating on cooler winter days. The flat is equipped with smart tv (40 inches) and a fast Internet connection/WLAN. The kitchen is fully equipped: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee and Nespresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, fridge with 3 freezer compartments, dishwasher, washing machine. Ironing board and iron are also available. The most beautiful spot is the private large roof terrace: Here you can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view and the peace and quiet above the roofs of Conil, perhaps with a cool drink on the sun loungers or on the comfortable lounge furniture that now have a roof to get some shade.
