The luminous and welcoming Apartment Amaya has a balcony with sea views and is located in the popular residential area La Atalaya, on the Fontanilla beach in Conil. The apartment has a well equipped kitchenette (with dishwasher and oven), a lounge and dining area (with internet access and air conditioning warm and cold), as well as two bedrooms (one double and one twin), and a family bathroom. The balcony faces south-west, and has enough space for four people to enjoy al fresco dining at sunset. A few steps lead to the lower part of the terrace. The apartment can be heated with the air-conditioning in the living room and free-standing radiators and is therefore suitable for winter rentals. Dogs are welcome but have to be confirmed with the booking (extra 60,50 Euros/stay).
