Casa El Patio is a very tastefully renovated townhouse for 6 people in the heart of Conil. If you want to be close to the Spanish lifestyle and the beach, this is your house. It is located in a quiet street in a residential area, and the beach and the old town with its countless restaurants and tapa bars are only a short stroll away. On the ground floor there is a spacious, luminous living room with dining area and kitchen as well as access to a patio with dinig table and a small cloakroom. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a shower room. On the second floor there is a twin bedroom and a shower room. From here you have access to a private roof terrace where you can sunbath even in low season. Enjoy the nice view from the even higher second roof terrace. the ideal place for a drink and tapas in the evening. There is a private parking lot, but it is approx 300m away.
