Description: The ground floor with small but well equipped kitchen, living room, two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and one bathroom. On the first floor is another double bedroom and a bedroom for the kids, and one more bathroom. Villa Esperanza is a spacious property, situated in the elegant residencial area of Roche, surrounded by a large, well tended garden with palm trees, old pines. and a private swimming pool. During the winter the villa is not adequate for 10 persons, because the dining area inside is not big enough. During the summer there is enough space on the terraces outside for 10. The pool measures 9 x 4,5 m and is operated the whole year. Between May and October the water temperatures of the pool are over 20°C. |

The villa is located in a quiet side street of the elegant Residence Roche with a lot of beautiful gardens and villas. It is just a short walk to the endless beaches of Roche and the popular restaurant called "El Timon". In the communal zone of the residence are tenniscourts, basketball and football pitch. |
