The apartment is located very close to the centre of Conil. The spacious living room with dining area is equipped with new sofas an TV. The bathroom is completely renovated. The separate kitchen is good equipped (washing machine, toaster, kettle). One bedroom got a double bed, the second small bedroom got bunk beds.

The apartment is situated in the eastern part of Conil, close to beach "Los Bateles" and the Rio Salado. To the town centre, shops, bars and restaurant it is a walk of 2-3 min.

Into the centre of Conil it is approx. a 4 min. walk.
