The Apartment Amaya with sea view is situated in the quiet and popular residential area Atalaya of Conil. It consists of a fully fitted kitchen, living room with dining area, 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with two single beds), one bathroom with shower and bath. From the living room you got direct access to the upper terrace with sea views and plenty of space for 4 persons. From here leads a staircas down to a second and bigger terrace again with sea views.

Apartment Amaya has international television (German and English news channels). Ideal property for long term stays in the winter.

The apartment is situated in walking distance to the beautiful beach of Conil "La Fontanilla" (with two famous restaurants and bars). Into the centre of Conil it is a 10 min. walk. Beside the apartment house is the popular "Atalaya Park" with its famous Tapa-Bar (stunning views from the terrace). A typical spanish restaurant with fish and meat specialities is in walking distance (3 min.). During the summer it could be noisy because of the street in front of the apartment.
