Villa Mar is an attractive, spacious villa surrounded by a large garden with old palm trees. It has an arch-framed porch on the front, facing south, overlooking the garden and the pool (8 x 4 m). Villa Mar offers the comfort and exclusivity you are expecting. Alle the rooms of the andalucian styled villa are on the ground floor. All bedrooms have their bathrooms en-suite (master bedroom with bath and shower, other two with shower). The very good equipped kitchen is located beside the dining area. The bedrooms and the living room is equipped with hot/cold air condition.

From the spacious living room you have direct access to the covered terrace and the pool area. In front of the house is the typical andalucian patio with its brick made barbecue. The walled patio shelters you against the "Levante", the eastern wind.

Because of the air condition and the open fire place in the living room and the heated pool the Villa Mar is a perfect accommodation for the colder months of the year. If you need to work online or just want to check your emails the DSL-internet-connection offers you the possibility to do it.

The location of Villa Mar is like a dream comes true: directly on top of the cliffs of Conil with marvellous views over the Atlantic Ocean towards the Cape Roche. 3 Restaurants are inmedeate proximity. The charming white village Conil is just 15 minutes walk along the beach.
